This brand new home is located at Las Magdalenas at KM 174, just 125 miles south of the US border 
and 10 minutes north of the Town of San Felipe on the Baja Peninsula in Mexico. We are located only 
1/4 mile from the private beach.  Extreme tides make this an extremely unique and beautiful place 
with panoramic views of the Sea and Mountains!  Property is spacious and can accomodate most ATV 
trailers on site.
                                                                  
This rental features four complimentary workout passes to SQUATTs gymnasium in nearby Playa Del 
Oro.  This nearby resort also features a bar, restaraunt, Wi-Fi, landromat and Pizza Parlor that 
delivers.  

Walk to Sea of Cortez beach or go off-roading along the famous Baja 250 runs.  Terrific views of the 
Sea of Cortez, mountains, and desert areas.  Only minutes from the highly rated Las Caras De Mexico 
18 hole golf course located at the La Ventana Del Mar resort community.  Just 7 miles north of San 
Felipe. The town has many great restaurants, night clubs, sport fishing, ATV rentals, shopping and 
much more.  There are miles of pristine beaches to stroll on throughout the area. San Felipe's main 
beach is on the malecon in downtown San Felipe. Check out "San Felipe Off Road" for ATV rentals or

June through September:
$150/night Sunday through Thursday, $200/night Friday and Saturday

October through May:
$175/night Sunday through Thursday, $225/night Friday and Saturday

Holidays and event weekends may be higher due to demand. 

Two night minimum.  Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard by calling the number listed.  A one 
time cleaning charge of $35 will be added to your reserved stay.

RESERVATIONS: All rentals of less than 7 days require payment in full at time of reservation.  A 7 
day or more stay requires a 30% deposit.  The balance of the rental amount is due a minimum of 14 
days prior to date of arrival.  Reservation is confirmed only when Payment has cleared.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: 
Deposit refunds are based on the following policy:

28+ day notice = $25 cancellation fee  
15 to 28 days notice = 75% refund
7 to 14 days notice = 50% refund
Less than 7 days notice = 25% refund
