are located on the Sea side with only 1/4 mile to our private beach 
access. You can either walk, drive or quad down to the beach. Great

San Felipe is located 125 miles south of the US border, just 4 hours 
from San Diego, CA, and 1 hour from the border is Yuma AZ. Located

Property Management: Check-in and out at the sales/rental office. (You can ask for Barry) He will 
give you keys, passes and make sure you have everything you need. You will not be able to pass thru 
Security until you have been issued a pass.

We are located North of the Town of San Felipe, just six miles from town. There you will find 
many great restaurants, night clubs, sport fishing, ATV rentals, 
shopping and much more.

Daily Rental Rates: Up to 4 persons:  
$150.00 per night or $950./per week. Two night Minimum
Holiday Rental Rate: Up to 4 persons:
$175.00 per night or $1,100./per week. Three Night Minimum
A Week = 7 Nights Stay
(With approval only, an extra guest with a charge of $25 per night, per person)
There are no other fees, we pay the cleaning fee!!

RESERVATIONS: All rentals 7 days or less require payment in full 
at time of making your reservations.
A 7 day or more stay requires a 30% deposit.
The balance of the rental amount is due 30 DAYS prior to date of 
arrival or before.
Reservations are not confirmed until Payment has been received and cleared. We book on a first-come, 
first-served basis.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: 
We realize that unforeseen events can cause 
a change in plans. Deposit and/or Booking refunds are based on the following policy:

15-30 day notice = $25.00 cancellation fee.  
14 day notice = 75% refund.  
Less than 14 days notice = 50% refund. 
Less than 7 days notice = no refund.

The refund/cancellation policies are strictly enforced, do to loss of other potential bookings.
