to the surfing beach and even shorter to downtown.  The home is perched on a hill overlookng town 
with outstanding ocean views.  Each unit has ceiling fans in each room and living room which is 
hardly need with the constant breeze that is received.  The Casa has high speed internet, maid 
service, and a property manager that lives in town.
