Rising like a Phoenix out of the sand only 200' feet from the beach, the Villas La Posada is the 
newest addition to the La Paz skyline. From a distance you can see the gold tower above the 
residences in this quiet neighborhood at Brecha California and Nueva Reforma streets. 

Ours is one of only three villas that have wonderful morning sun to allow you a warm and wonderful 
breakfast on the patio table. Being 20 steps to the pool on the same level is also a wonderful 
advantage!  

Just a 10 minute walk from a major grocery store, CCC, and a short drive into downtown La Paz where 
you can walk the entire length of the beach on the Malecon, a beautiful city walk with ocean on your 
left and shops and restuarants on your right! 

We hope you will enjoy our unit as much as we do! We would love to rent this unit to any family with 
children or not, that would enjoy a relaxing week or two, a month or longer in the slow pace of La 
Paz! 

You will find the Villas La Posada community unique in that visitors are welcome and treated as if 
you lived here. If the calendar looks busy during the time you want to come, give us a call. We may 
have blocked it off for our own time and we may have flexibility. 

PRE-ARRIVAL GROCERY CONCIERGE SERVICE: A new service we are providing, on a very personal basis, is 
a grocery service to allow you to have things in the 'fridge that you can enjoy from your first 
moment without shopping! We will provide you a simple form to fill out and you can have anything 
from tequila and tonic to yogurt waiting for you. We are flexible to your needs and we will charge 
you the receipt cost of the groceries plus 15% which is very reasonable you'll agree. There is 
NOTHING like arriving in La Paz to find your favorite beverage and snack waiting for you as you wind 
down from the day's long journey!

IMPORTANT: Families with children will need to sign off on pool rules for any child under 13 years 
of age.  If you cannot commit to having an adult present if you have children at the pool, we would 
prefer you try another location. We love children but we cannot have them here without supervision.
