Long Term Lease, minimum of 2 years $750. per month plus all utilities, and weekly maid and yard 
maintenance services.  Propane tank will be full at time the lease is executed and must be filled by 
Lessor at the end of the lease.  First and last months rent plus a $1,000 security deposit is 
required upon acceptance of lease agreement.

Short term rental, minimum of 3 months at the rate of $2000 per month including utilities, except 
for long distance telephone service.  Weekly maid and yard maintenance included.  First and Last 
month rental plus $1,000 deposit is required upon execution of rental agreement.
