Casa Mi Ranchito is a private residence just east of Cabo near the serene colonial village of San 
Jose Del Cabo.  The residence is locked behind beautiful Spanish compound walls, allowing for 
privacy and quiet.

There are two casitas available on the 1+acre lush property with a full-size private pool and 
jacuzzi inlaid with 1" mosiac tiles.  Each casita has a separate bathroom with shower and a small 
kitchen with all appliances necessary.  Each casitas is an open floor plan as shown and has one 
queen bed, sitting area, kitchen, bathroom and a loft with twin beds (best for children old enough 
to climb ladder to lofts).

Upon reservation request, additional information will be provided to ensure guests are satisfied 
with their vacation rental retreat. If you have any problems opening our website, please contact us 
and we will be happy to send you an email link to the site which provides photos and information.

Guests should fly into the San Jose Del Cabo, Baja Sur, Mexico airport.
Guests should make own rental vehicle arrangements through their own booking agents.  The Ranchito 
is located about 25 minutes from the airport and is less than 1/4 mile to the beach front and famous 
Zippers Beach Restaurant.  The Ranchito is surrounded by USD million $ homes on "Gringo Hill."

A driving map will be provided to guests upon reservation receipt.

Upon arrival (estimated arrival time at the Ranchito), a property manager who speaks good English 
and excellent Spanish will greet you, unlock the casita(s) and give simple instructions regarding 
the jacuzzi, pool, BBQ, etc.  Local grocery stores are about 1 mile away (the Mega Store) as are 
many restaurants.  Daily maid service is available if booked with reservation.  This costs an 
additional $20 per casita per day.

Just 30 minutes to Cabo San Lucas and 15 minutes to San Jose Del Cabo.  Both are thriving resorts 
boasting world-famous beaches, surfing, marlin fishing, night clubs, spas, golf and gourmet 
restaurants.  Shopping for silver, jewelry, artisan works, glass art and clothing are all nearby.

Quads, horses, scenic tours and sky parachuting are all available to rent.  The property is private 
and yet only a few blocks to the ocean (an easy 5 minute walk).

Each of the two casitas are rented separately.  For complete privacy, both casitas should be rented 
by guests.  Each casita sleeps 4 people.

Each casita costs $180 per night with a 3 night minimum.  If renting both casitas, a discount is 
applied and the nightly rate is then $300 per night with a minimum of 3 nights stay.

Long stays may be arranged if the calendar of guests has an opening.
We book quickly and the high season is from May - November.  

50% deposit upon reservation confirmation.  This 
deposit is non-refundable.

50% balance due one week prior to arrival.
