Penthouse Condo is in the 4th floor with Elevator. When you enter the unit, you'll be amazed with

reef.  
Relax at the swimming pool, go snorkeling right off the beach, (almost guaranteed you’ll see sea  
turtles or a stingray) walk in the white sandy beach, skip rocks in the water, go for a jog, take  
the Kayaks, go play golf or tennis, walk 3 minutes on the beach to the Omni Hotel and ask for your  
favorite drink in their beach or pool bar.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condo is in Puerto Aventuras, a quiet gated community in the heart of the Riviera Maya.  
Puerto Aventuras is very small community with few restaurants (couple of them very good),  
convenience store, an area to swim with the dolphins, manatees or feed the sea lions. A great  
experience to watch or do. 
 
Car rental is good but not necessary, Taxi cabs are available in Puerto Aventuras (4 minute walk  
from the condo). For less less than $20 USD they can take you to any of the natural marvels to visit  
in the area (Xel-Ha (great snorkeling), Tulum (Archeological site), Xcaret (Eco-Cultural Park),  
Aktun Chen (great caves with beautiful cenote), Playa del Carmen (15 minute drive) 
 
For serious shopping, dining etc, take the cab ($16 USD) to Playa del Carmen, here you'll find great  
Boutiques, Nightlife, all kind of gourmet restaurants, night life (and I mean late late night)  
places for serious grocery shopping such as Sams Club.
