Welcome to "Las Brujas" 
 
Las Brujas is a very charming Caribbean style building, located 5 blocks from the beach (10 min  
walk). 
 
The building combines the use of traditional Mexican elements like palapa (palm tree) roofs, high  
ceilings, wooden elements, organic forms, colorful floors and artistic tiles with quality finishes  
(air conditioning, pressurized water, and cable-tv).

Las Brujas is located only a short walk from the main shopping area of Playa del Carmen, 5th avenue,  
and the beautiful beaches of Playa. Its a building with 8 condos in a residential area. The access is  
protected.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Looking for a cozy, inexpensive place for 2-4 persons? 
 
The studio #5 at Las Brujas is situated on the first floor level facing the pool.  It is  decorated  
in the Caribbean style, with river stones, shells, colorful floors and tiles. Built as a big open  
room with double height and the bedroom situated on the gallery. 
 
Cozy living area and kitchen with double height. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge,  
microwave, coffee maker ect.), the bar table seats 2.  
The living area  invites you to relax (queen size bed-sofa) or watch TV (cable / DVD) . 
 
Terrace 
The big living room door opens to the terrace. The terrace has a dining table for 2 persons. 
 
Bathroom 
Shower with river stone floor, lavabo and WC. 
 
Bedroom 
A funny wooden staircase leads up to  the open gallery with view down to the living area. You will  
find a queen size bed, AC and one safety box.  
 
All windows have mosquito nets. 
 
Common Area 
The lush green front yard (with secured entrance) is accessible for all tenants in Las Brujas and has  
a small swimming pool, sun beds and a barbecue.

Shopping on Playa's famous 5th avenue is just half a block away

Tours and activities available to see Mayan ruins, visit Eco-parks,  
swim with dolphins, skydiving 
Golf at Playacar Golf Club is all-inclusive (green fee includes
