My 3 bedroom, 3 bath end unit condo is "tastefully" decorated and overlooks the Beautiful Sea of 
Cortez. The unit has 3 king beds(two bedroom have extra long twins put together with a memory foam 
topper so together they make a normal king bed but can be split to make twin beds- either way they  
are very comfortable beds!), TV/DVDs in each of it’s three bedrooms and two queen sleeper-sofas in 
the great room. One sleeper-sofa is a "Lazy Boy" airbed and is very comfortable to sleep on! 
Plenty of space in this unit as it has 2200 square feet inside and 700 square feet of outside 
decking (one wrap-around deck for the great room and master bedroom and an individual deck for the 
second master suite.

The great room and every bedroom has a TV and DVD player. The great room’s TV is a 50’ flat screen. 
The lock-out bedroom has a 37” flat screen and the other bedrooms have regular TVs. There are movies 
and some music in the great room for your enjoyment. 

The kitchen has all the modern amenities of home with new kitchenware and dishware. The owner likes 
to cook so “its loaded”! The utility room contains a full size washer/dryer and utility sink.

Enjoy the comforts of the best destination resort that Puerto Penasco has to offer. There are 
currently two “fine dining” restaurants and two pool bar restaurants open for your pleasure. More 
restaurants are expected to open this summer.

are renting looks as opposed to just renting "blind" from the resort's rental site.

Damage Deposit: A credit card copy or $150 cash deposit will be taken when you 
arrive at the resort.  The damage deposit is returned if there are no damage , unreturned pool 
towels when you leave. Phone activation requires a credit card copy left at the front desk.

Until your reservation is confirmed, by the receipt of your money, these prices are subject to 
change. 
**Cancellation more than ten(10) days in advance of your arrival date is subject to $100.00 fee 
unless you rescheduled your booking. 
**Cancellations nine (9) days or less of your arrival date is subject 50% cost of your reservation
unless we are able to rebook condo time.  
**Holiday reservation cancellation of less than 30 days prior to your arrival date will result in no 
refund.
