Location
The house is located in “El Comitan”, a calm suburb 15 km north of La
Paz. The next shopping center just 3 km away, from the house only 10
minutes to walk to the beach.

Description
A house (160 m² approx. 1700 sqf) with special flair and clear
architecture built 2004. Modern, stylish furniture. One construction
which accounts climatic conditions of La Paz considerably. Well
isolated against the heat of the summer. Of course there is an air
conditioning system in the house. More largely, bright salon with bow
passage to the open kitchen – with dishwasher. Guest WC, large bedroom
with master bathroom. The second bedroom and bathroom is located
upstairs and has its own entry to give privacy if you are traveling
with two parties.

The terrace tiled with marble has a Palapa sun roof.  The pool area
with own shadowed terrace is perfectly coordinated with the
architecture of the house. Here or at the roof terrace with a view to
thousends of 'Cardones' and the bay of La Paz you may enjoy the
wonderful sunsets.

In the night here fells a deep silence...
 

Use of the Espresso Machine for a wonderful Cappuccino at the Terrace
and free WiFi access included. 
Cleaning service twice a week and gardener/pool maintenance included.
A 2004 Ford is waiting for you to explore the south tip of the Baja.
Before use you have to present your drivers license, sign a 	liability
exclusion for us and make a credit card deposit of USD 1000,-- what
will be destroyed as the car returns without damage! We do not know
how chilly you like your home, though we have 50kWh power consumption
included, for additional usage we charge at check out with the current
rate of the energy company.
