Property Management will meet and greet you, show you to the house, give you keys and make sure you 
have everything you need.

Annual events include the Shrimp Festival, Paella Festival, Tequilla Festival, and the Baja 250, 500 
and 1000 races.

RATES:  Up to 4 persons:  $150.00 per night or $1,000.00 per week.  Two night minimum.  Holidays and 
special events may be higher.  

RESERVATIONS: All rentals 7 days or less require payment in full at time of making your 
reservations.  More than 7 day stay requires a 30% deposit, with the balance due 30 days prior to 
date of arrival. 

Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received and cleared.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
We realize that unforseen events can cause a change in plans.  Deposit and/or booking refunds are 
based on the following policy:

30 day notice - $25.00 cancellation fee.
14 day notice - 75% refund.
Less than 14 day notice - 50% refund.
Less than 7 day notice  - no refund.

The refund/cancellation policy is strictly enforced, due to loss of other potential bookings.
