our lovely comfortable condominium is located in the charming 
fishing village of Bucerias.  Smell the ocean air and listen to the 
waves from the terrace as you enjoy morning coffee and evening 
cocktails.  

Family friendly, this small complex with only 8 apartments is 
located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to a small nicely 
treed beachfront walkway.  A gated entry and walls offer privacy as 
you enjoy the condo association pool, palapa and landscaped garden 
with your neighbors.  

Our second floor bay facing unit features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths 
(showers - no tubs) and comfortably sleeps 7.  The master bedroom 
has a king-size bed while the second bedroom has both a double and 
twin bed.  The small third bedroom has twin bunk beds.  A well-
equipped kitchen and dining area open to the living room and 
terrace.  All living areas have views of the pool, gardens and bay.  
Ceiling fans in each room supplement constant gentle ocean breezes.

Our local property managers will meet you at your arrival in 
Bucerias to give you keys, show you the condominium and offer 
tips/local knowledge to make your stay most enjoyable.  

Fully self-contained just like home...VCR/DVD player with many tapes 
and DVDs, CD stereo with some CDs, 
ceiling fans, full size refrigerator, all cooking and eating 
utensils, microwave, stove, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, bed 
linens, towels (bath and beach), beach chairs.  

We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking while in the apartment 
and make alternative arrangements for your pets.

Area attractions for the more active and adventurous include golf, 
horseback riding, sailing, boating, world-class fishing, snorkeling, 
diving, parasailing, jet-skiing, surfing, swimming, hiking and 
biking.  In the evening, sample wonderful inexpensive international 
cuisine from several restaurants within easy walking distance.  
Other nearby attractions includes bars, shopping, galleries and 
small grocery stores.  

At least once during your stay, you'll want to bus (~US$1 each way) 
or taxi to nearby Puerto Vallerta to enjoy all it too has to offer.  
It has fantastic shopping and restaurants for every taste and budget.
