Vacation Rental Description

Come relax in our warm and sunny garden oasis-Casa del Jardín.  Explore fascinating Mérida and the  
many surrounding pre-Columbian Mayan sites.  Positioned off the street behind the owner's main  
house,  
Casa del Jardín is a modern, self-contained house overlooking the tropical garden and swimming  
pool.   With an open concept and 700 sq. ft. the one bedroom/one bath guest house is best suited for  
a couple, but can sleep up to four.  There is a complete kitchen with refrigerator, stove and  
microwave.  Full modern bath with shower.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Other amenities of Casa del Jardín include air conditioning, full use of the large pool and garden,  
cable tv, stereo, DVD player and wireless internet.    We also offer free transportation to and from  
the airport.  There is plenty of free parking available for those renting a car.

Activities and Attractions

Casa del Jardín is located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood which is a few minutes walk from the  
historic downtown of Mérida.  Also just a short stroll away is the famous Paseo Montejo, Mérida's  
most historic boulevard, which runs through the heart of the city.  Casa del Jardín is just a 30  
minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.

Vacation Rental Rates

November 1-30 and March 1-April 30:  $120 US/night  $700 US/ week 
 
December 1-February 28:  $150 US/night $800 US/week  
 
May 1 to Sept. 30.  Monthly rates only 
 
Month Rates available upon request
