Property Description 
The condo is an end unit beautifully designed with a Mexican theme with most things you have at 
home. It is a short 7 minute walk to the beach and 16 minute walk to historic downtown San Jose. The 
complex itself is very safe with a 24 hr guard on duty. Enjoy dinners and have a BBQ on the spacious 
deck overlooking the 4th hole of the Mayan Palace golf course. The condo faces east so afternoons 
are very pleasant on the deck and not in the direct sun. The condo is a two bedroom split level 
condo with 2 spacious decks and 2 bathrooms. There is a full kitchen and living room with the 
bedrooms located on separate floors.
