From the expansive front porch and rear deck WE SEE IT ALL! 
Spectacular sunrises/sunsets.  Sail boats galore. Luxury yachts. An 
occasional freighter.  We are blessed with direct access to the water 
and only steps to the shared sandy swimming beach with teen center, 
concessions and baby pool. 
      
First floor:  Lily Pulitzer inspired king bedroom with connecting bath. 
Second floor:  Yellow Room and Boat Room each with twin beds. 
Stratford and Monet bedrooms each with single beds. 
 
180° windowed living room. A separate dining room. The family room 
leads to a very large sun deck. Fully equipped kitchen has EVERY 
convenience and is accented with McKenzie-Childs enamel. 
      
This art-filled, pristine cottage dances in colors and is dressed in 
antique wicker and comfortable couches and chairs.  Watercolors by 
Rizzolo and numerous objets d'art are featured. In a relaxed 
atmosphere and a tradition of hospitality we make an extraordinary 
commitment to provide a quality of experience for the discriminating 
vacationer. The price truly reflects the value.

National  Historic Landmark. It holds impressive credentials for

Club (ages 3 - 14). Teen Center. 
 
Capture the gingerbread on cottages and public buildings.  Mail a 
letter at the old post office.  Check out a book at the library. Visit 
the Craft House, the Chapel, the old hotels. Go to daily lectures, 
foreign films, take classes in painting, gourmet cooking, bridge, 
knitting, and much more. 
 
Our cottage is located in a world of special places and bustles to the 
beat of all things Petoskey and Harbor Springs.  Each town offers a 
flourish of everything wonderful:  galleries, fine shopping, world 
class golf courses. Wonderful restaurants. Theaters.  Odawa Casino, 
various marinas, nature paths, Old Indian trails, fishing, horse back 
riding, bike trail from Harbor Springs to Charlevoix, the golden beach 
at Petoskey State Park, the scenic drive to Cross Village, 
incomparable Mackinac Island.
