Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful condo at the Bay in Puerto Aventuras gate comunnity, the decoration is simple and fresh we  
have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 10 people it has two double beds and two single beds  
and two sofas for two each.

Vacation Rental Amenities

It counts with Golf Cart and two people kayac it has a jacuzzi in the back terrace it has grill and  
all you can need to be at pool or going to beach that is a 8 or 10 min walk, or by water in kayac 5  
min. 
In the living room you have satellite tv and a 45"plasma, in two bdrooms you have dvds and tvs. 
At kitchen you have dish washer, microwave, blender, etc. 
All the house it counts with air conditioned. 
There is a games table with chezz, cards, roulette, blackjack etc. 
It has a stereo and it counts with washer machine and dryer.

Activities and Attractions

You can go playing Golf, jogging, tennis, diving, there are restaurants and bars and you can swimm  
with dolphins,do an eco tour or going to visist eco parks as Xcaret, Xel-Ha, or archeological places  
as Tulum or Chichenitza that is 3 hrs more or less there are coves and cenotes or you can go Playa  
del Carmen that is 15 min by car and get dinner al 5th av or go to Cancun and enjoy all that you can  
do there its only 45 min by car.

1000 week from: jan. 15 to march 15 
                may 01 to june 30 
                sept. 01 to dec. 15 
1400 week from: march 16 to apr. 30 
                july 01 to aug. 31 
                dec. 16 to jan. 14 
We charge $40 usd. weekly at the end of the staying for cleaning.
