This is fully furnished unit located on the beach in the prestigious
gated community of Villa de las Palmas just south of the San Felipe
Marina Resort.  This unit is street level in a private residence and
consists of a living-dinning room, 2 large bedrooms with one bathroom.
 It has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pans to prepare your
meals.  The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 other sofas,
television with cable, A.C. and ceiling fans.  The first bedroom has a
queen bed, the second a full and a twin bed, both with ceiling fans
and one bedroom with A.C.  The bathroom is newly remodeled and a new
stove top in the kitchen.  Sleeps 8 maximum.
