The town of San Felipe is only a 6 mile drive and has numerous restaurants, night club spots and 
lots of shopping. Also horseback riding, sport fishing, sailing/boating, kayaking, jet skiing, 
parasailing, snorkeling/diving, shelling, windsurfing, ATV rentals and much more. A short drive to 
Puertocitos for a visit to the natural Sea of Cortez hot springs.

RATES: 
Depending on day of week and season:
$125 - $180 per day plus one time $60 cleaning fee
$800 - $1100 per week plus one time $60 cleaning fee
$2000 - $2700 per month plus one time $60 cleaning fee

RESERVATIONS: All rentals 7 days or less require full payment in full at time of making your 
reservations. More than 7 day stay requires a 30% deposit, with the balance due 30 days prior to 
date of arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received and cleared.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
We realize that unforseen events can cause a change in plans. Refunds are based on the following 
policy:
30 day notice - $25.00 cancellation fee only
14 day notice - 75% refund
7 day notice - 50% refund
Less than 7 day notice - no refund
