Welcome to our Oceanfront condo at the Grand Venetian, Puerto Vallarta.
Our 1 bedroom condo is in Puerto Vallarta on the sunny shores of Banderas Bay. 
While visiting this website you will see the master craftmanship the builders put into every angle 
of the property. The ocean view is spectacular and the location is central to all that is needed for 
a relaxing vacation. 
Puerto Vallarta is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico. The World's Largest Bay rocks you to 
sleep each night after entertaining you with a front row seat to fireworks. The bay is home
to whales, dolphins, sportman's fish and more. You are perched above a playground for whales. 
The Grand Venetian’s location is central to everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer. You can ride 
the bus for 6 pecos and buy a US phone card for $5.00 US.
You can enjoy the rolling ocean, or just watch a movie from the hot tub, outdoor seats & chaise 
lounge. The Dining table seats 4, plus stools at bar.
The Master bedroom has a pillow top queen size bed with extra pillows. Queen bed linens provided. 
The bedroom has closets, full dresser, and sitting chair. 26" TV  description below.
Living area queen sofa bed liens hidden in coffee table. Wall to wall sun-block drapes in living 
area. 
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to
prepare any type of meal you desire.
The bathroom is open and spacious with an extra large granite vanity.
The oversized shower has a seat for comfort. Towels and hair dryer are
provided.
You have a washer & dryer as well as iron, steamer & ironing board.

This magnificently designed property offers 5 Pools (2 infinnity pools and 3 dipping pools), outdoor 
kitchen area with restrooms, 2 differant showers at private entrances to the beach, 2 elevators per

The stainless steel kitchen has filtrated system for ice/water in Refrigerator, full set for 
entertaining 4 + persons. Dining Bar plus table for 4. 
The Master Bedroom holds a queen bed, with a 26" LCD TV w/DVD player, full closet,an extra dresser 
w/mirror. Sitting chair and 2 end tables.
The Livingroom has a queen sofabed, recliner and 32" LCD TV w/DVD player, entertainment center 
rotates easily from the sofa view to the outdoor Hot tub. Ipod light that plays and charges you Ipod
This exclusive property is a convenient 10 minute cab ride to the PVR airport. Restaurants, 
Starbucks, shopping and banks are within a one block walk. The Bus stop bench is located in front of 
the property entrance. Security guards are on hand 24/7.

 Nov-May $200.00 night, 1100.00 week,   $3300.00 month plus Deposits 
 
 Holidays  $250.00 daily  $1400.00 weekly,  $4000.00monthly plus deposits
 We require 50% deposit of rental 
 $250.00 damage deposit at time of rental per week 
 Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. 
 Maid service 1 x per week $10.00 (2 hrs.)+ tip
