Casa Silvia

Our beautiful new home is designed in the classic Spanish colonial fashion. All the furniture in 
this marvelous house was custom made by local artisans and reflects the styles of this historic 450-
year-old city. 

We took great care in researching the traditional Spanish architecture and interior design, even 
going to Cordoba, Spain, to make sure we got it right. Casa Silvia truly reflects the colonial 
styles from the traditional wooden front door to the marvelous cantera fireplaces to the tiles that 
highlight the stairways. There are balconies in each of the three bedrooms, fountains, a patio, and 
a roof-top terrace with sweeping views of this wonderful city.

Casa Silvia is located on a quiet street, but near everything. It is an approximate 12 minute flat 
walk to the Jardin and the Parroquia, the center of historic San Miguel.

Within very short walking distance of the house are the Artisans Market, the Aurora Art Center, and
