High Season - December 1 to April 30 
 
Rent for 1 Week- $800.00-per week 
Rent for 2 Weeks $750.00-per week-Save $100.00! 
Rent for 3 Weeks $700.00-per week-Save More! 
4 Weeks  or more-$650.00-per week

**No more than 6 guests Please!  Must be 21 years of age minimum to 
rent.  Everyone in the unit under 21 years must be accompanied by a 
responsible adult. 
 
   
Long term is considered 2 months or longer. Available starting in May 
to the end of November with good rates available. Please e-mail for 
details 
   
A Deposit of 50% will hold your reservation. The balance is due 45 
days prior to your arrival. A refundable security deposit of $125.00 USD 
is due upon arrival payable to our property manager. 
 
 
You are responsible for any damage to the Unit. 
 
 
Cancellations- You must cancel 60 days before your arrival date to 
receive a full refund (less wire transfer fees if applicable). 
 
Cancellations made with less than 60 days notice are subject to a 
25% cancellation fee. 
 
Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice are subject to a 
50% cancellation penalty plus applicable wire transfer fees if you  
pay by this method.($25.00 in the US, $40.00 International). 
 
 
Payment Options: PayPal, Money order, Wire transfer, Check, Cash, 
Please add a 4% transaction fee if using PayPal.
