private beach and pool area at this upscale resort is among the very finest in The Cancun Hotel 
Zone.  The infinity pool is clean, spacious, and has a distictive designer feel.  Among one of it's 
special features is the ability to sun bathe while lying in the specially desiged shallow water.  
And special cushioned "mini-beds" and loungers grace the area nicely under the many beautiful 
monochromatic & tasteful umbrellas.  Find that special comfort right on the beach as well.  The 
shaded mini beds are a real favorite of vacationers for truly relaxing in comfort while out on the 
beach.  And don't forget to bring down your favorite drinks with you.  A large cooler is located in

greet you upon your arrival (except for flights that come late/lock box info for getting keys and 
through building security are provided in your e-confirmations after booking).  In Cancun, you do 
not need to rent a car.  Busses run 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the Hotel Zone for .75 cents a 
person.  The busses are basically non stop so you are never waiting around.  If you prefer a taxi, 
they are also omnipresent in the Hotel Zone.  However, ofcourse you can rent a car if you wish.  If 
you choose to rent a car or even two cars, parking is not a problem.  When you rent this unit, you 
are provided with 2 underground parking spaces for your convenience, both marked as unit #1604.  

Our manager in Cancun will always show you around the condo and show you how everything works and 
various details.  He will also show you around Cancun if you wish.  His family owns a small 
snorkeling and fishing business so private snorkeling or deep sea fishing tours are especially 
affordable and private.
