balcony where you can view sunrise and sunset, all from the same home. Beautiful, well-appointed  
kitchen including dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove and grill, and side by side fridge make  
cooking here while on vacation like a dream....spend a relaxing dinner on your private living room  
balcony while you watch the sunset over the Bay. There are two bathrooms, featuring coral colored  
marble, bathtub with jacuzzi and glass enclosed oversized luxury shower, along side three distinct  
bedroomswith one King Size bed and two Queens. There are large flat screen TV's and DVD's in each  
bedroom complete with Cable and wireless internet throughout the home. 
 
The grounds are complete with large swimming pool with swim-up bar, white sandy beach access, and  
full use of fitness center including his and hers changing and shower rooms. Gorgeous common area  
with reflecting pool, and assorted flowers covering the property that are a treat for your senses.... 
 
Each rental comes complete with Personal Concierge Services at no extra charge, featuring meet and  
greet at the ferry upon arrival, pre-arrangement of golf cart rental, booking of various island  
activities including fishing, diving, snorkeling, Contoy Island, and various trips off island.  
Special services such as private therapeutic massage at the home or poolside, personal chef  
services, personal laundry service, pre shopping for your arrival, and whatever else you can think  
of that you could need to make your vacation complete....

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season, 2008:  May 1 to Dec. 20    $300usd per night / $2,000usd per week 
PEAK Season, 2008: Dec 21 to Jan.10    $400usd per night / $2,800usd per week 
High Season, 2009: Jan 11 to April 31  $350usd per night / $2,300usd per week 
 
There is a four (4) night minimum stay required 
 
Please ask for additional space for larger groups, as well as discounted pricing for longer term  
rentals. 
 
Please note that our rates are discounted approximately $50usd per night when booked through this  
site rather than directly through the Puerta Al Mar website.
