Vacation Rental Description

Cozy, old fashioned beach house with lots of room for vacationing with 
the family or friends. The houseis located 40 minutes away from the City 
of Merida in the middle of the peaceful, traditional beach town of 
Telchac. Just a few yards away from the beach, you get to oversee the 
ocean from the fresh terrace in front of the pool. The house has also 
a private playground with white sand ideal for children to play safe. 
 
The two stories house has three bedrooms on the first floor (one twin 
bed and two double) plus one more in the service area and two 
bathrooms.  One more private bedroom (one double bed), apartment-like 
on the second flore with it's own bathroom. There's also a wonderful 
terrace right outside the second floor's bedroom to watch breath 
taking sunsets.  Each bedroom fits also at least three hammocks and 
you can also hang a few of them at the terrace and enjoy the sea breeze. 
 
Dining area and fully equipped kitchen with all you need (stove, 
refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker, microwave dishes, 
silverwear, pans and pots, etc.)

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, sea shell collecting, delightful walks on the shore and 
flamingo watching. The peaceful beach house is only a blink away from 
Merida and the City  offers it's colonial charm and cultural 
activities (ask us about it!) as well as the modern malls, traditional 
and international restaurants and exceptional night life. It is also 
very close by to the mayan site of Dzibilchaltún and You can also arrange 
visits to the mayan sites of Chichen Itza and Uxmal very easily.
