inside garden, which offers an oasis of freshness and calmly in this wonderful place of mexican caribbean. at the same time is  
located at few steps of the best restaurants, shops and fun centers of the “riviera maya”.

Vacation Rental Amenities

With an eclectic collages decoration, mayan stellae, contemporary art and typical mexican handicrafts, with its simple lines,, no  
bored and beautiful details, has a wonderful pendant inside garden which gives a touch of freshness at the building. 
All services are included in rental rate: 
furnished kitchen, with gas stove, refrigerator, coffe maker, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, purify water. 
Two double beds, fan, air conditioned, cable tv, dvd player, wi fi internet in the garden area, safe box. 
Room cleaning three times per week. 
moreover you can enjoy a swimming pool and a restaurant in the 5th avenue, close to the building.

You can relax and read a book in our garden, enjoy a coktail or a coffe in our restaurant “jaguar”, in the heart of 5th avenue,

shops, coffee-shops are waiting for you and the most known and beautiful beaches of this destination, at only few minutes  
walk, like playa del faro, central park, mamitas beach, allowed you to enjoy sun and blue sea in the beach clubs,, where you can  
rent snorkel, dive or fishing services. 
also is the main point for tours to xcaret, xel-ha, tulum , cancun or one of the new 7 modern world wonders, the famous  
chichen itza or discover “cenotes “ and mayan villages.
