Completely renovated historic home, located in the historic centre of  
Santiago, 19 foot ceilings, nice garden with a good sized pool.  
Living and dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths.  
All rooms have ceiling fans. Calle 76, between 55 y 57,  
three blocks from Santiago Park, is a quiet street with international  
and Mexican neighbourhood. No parking problems.

Activities and Attractions

Mayan archeological sites, such as Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Ek Balam,  
Dzibichaltun, Kabah, Labna, Sayil and Xlapak, all within two hours  
drive. Cultural centers, museums, theaters, concerts and shopping are  
all within walking distance. The white beaches of Progreso are only  
25 minutes drive away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Maybe you are renovating your own home here in Merida and in the meantime you need a place to stay,  
already with your own furniture, in this case, this is the right house. 
 
-   The monthly rental rate is USD 1400.-  
-   Electricity will be charged extra 
-   Once reservation is firm, a 1 month refundable deposit is required  
-   We only accept payment by VisaCard or Mastercard 
-   The house will be handed over by the owners to the tenants in very clean condition 
-   The tenants are responsible to leave the house in the same clean condition
