Vacation Rental Description

*New Promotion* from now to 02/28/09 (excluding holidays) you will receive a $75 food and beverage  
credit for each night of your stay. You must stay at least 2 nights.  
The food and beverage credit of $75 does not carry over to the following date if not used. This  
credit can be used at all of the resorts bars and restaurants. This promotion cannot be combined  
with any other discount or promotion. What a deal- not only are you getting all of the resorts hotel  
services for the rate you are paying, but you also receive a $75 per night credit that can be used  
for beverages and food at any of the resorts restaurants and bars!!!  To receive this credit just  
make sure to ask for it when reserving our suite. This promotion is only available to paying guests  
of the resort. Our suite is included in this program. 
 
Look at it this way, a weekday rate of $182 is really $107 taking into consideration the $75 per  
night food and beverage credit you will receive and a $241 weekend rate is really $166! You won't  
find a better deal than that and you get all of the hotel services included in the rate! 
 
Why do we feel that our unit is beter than others? It is due to our desire in providing the finest  
furnished condo in all of Las Palomas and our willingness to provide detailed information about your  
stay and answer any questions you may have.  Compare the pictures of our suite to any other in Las  
Palomas and you will clearly see the difference in the quality of the furnishings and decoration.   
Our suite is not decorated like the vast majority of the units in Las Palomas, we have choosen a  
spa/elle decor theme. That being said we believe you have found the finest two bedroom in all of Las  
Palomas. This large open floor plan includes 2 bedrooms / 2 baths and is located in the newest phase  
of Las Palomas (phase II-now complete!).  If you prefer an open floor plan this is the suite for  
you.  The interior has over 1600 sq ft and the private balcony has over 400 sq ft with 40 linear ft  
of ocean view! 
 
In this suite you will find wall mounted LCD televisions in every room, high grade furniture and  
accessories, fully equipped kitchen, and the most comfortable and appealing patio furniture you will  
find. We have even stocked our condo with games such as: dominos, playing cards, chess, checkers,  
monopoly, scrabble and more. 
 
 
Our unit includes... 
* 1 king bed (master bedroom) 
* 1 queen bed (guest bedroom) 
* 1 queen size air mattress with automatic pump (high grade mattress) 
 
As a guest of Las Palomas you are entitled to use the facilities in both the 1st phase and 2nd.   
Don't forget the wood fire pizza in the pool bar (phase II), the award winning restaurants (La Maria- 
Mexican, Citron-French), and the award winning golf course! 
 
NON SMOKING and NO PETS (please respect owner is allergic).  
Must be 25 yrs old to reserve- resort will ask for id upon check in. 
 
Our suite is professionaly managed by Las Palomas, thus the following services are included in your  
rate... 
 
daily maid service, ability to set up an account and charge at the bars & restaurants, 24/7 front  
desk assistance if you have a problem with appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key.   
 
Don't take a change on your vacation, only rent from a condo that is managed by Las Palomas. Our  
suite is managed by Las Palomas. If you are paying for a cleaning fee you are not registered as  
a "paying guest of the resort". You will pay NO cleaninge fee's or wrist band fee's with us and you  
will have peace of mind in having the resort take care of your needs during your stay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phase II of Las Palomas has a large reception area including a gym,  
restaurant and more. Also in Phase II you will find a wine/sushi  
bar, gourmet deli shop, day care center and much more.
