Summer rates - April--September 
$595 per night with 2 night minimum 
Weekly Rate $3500 (7 nights) Check in Thursday or Friday

Daily maid service is included with all rentals.


Winter rates -October--March 
$495 per night with 2 night minimum 
Weekly Rate $2800 (7 Nights) Check in Thursday or Friday

Holiday rate is $695 per night- requires 3 night minimum**
**Christmas,New Years -Memorial Day & Thanksgiving,Labor Day, 4th of 
July etc.  

All Rentals have a one time $100 Cleaning Fee

***Important:***  Pool heating during the summer months (May- 
September) is available at $100 per day.  

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Check in time is after 2:00 p.m. and check out is anytime 
before 10:30 a.m.. An $800 security deposit is required with all 
rentals which is returned within 5 business days after rental. 
Confirmation is given once deposit has been received. All payments 
are through personal or cashiers checks.  

Cancellations:  Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will get 
100% of reservation deposit.  Cancellation within 45 days before 
arrival will get 50% of deposit.  Any cancellation within 30 days 
before arrival will forfeit deposit unless another rental 
contract is received and confirmed for same dates minus a $250 
administrative fee.      

Rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
