Casa Cielito Lindo (a small piece of Heaven) is located 2 1/2 short blocks from the Ocean.

It is a dream come true as it was custom designed to allow the tropical ocean and mountain breezes 
to cool the house.  Each room is equipped with wide blade fans so along with the constant breezes no 
air conditioning is required.  

An abundance of wonderful restaurants, open air markets, shops and entertainment await you.  There 
is a tienda (small market) 1 minute away that along with grocery items, carries an excellent 
selection of wines, beers and liquors.  There is also a large Mega grocery story within walking 
distance or a quick bus ride.

The home has 3 bedrooms in the main house, and a two bedroom Palapa Retreat.  
Each bedroom in the main house has private bath, terrace and safe.  The Palapa Retreat master 
bedroom has private bath, safe and terrace. The Palapa bedroom has safe and a bath in the main area.

The entire home and retreat is available from May-Oct. 
From Oct-May the PALAPA Retreat is available however the main house operates as a Bed & Breakfast.

The Palapa Retreat is a NEW two bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen unit. The Master "Mirador" is a 
separate, private room that has a queen pillow top bed, private bath and terrace.  The Palapa 
Bedroom has a king or two twins. 

Then Palapa Retreat rests under an incredible Palapa roof and faces the ocean. The breezes are 
fabulous and all windows are ocean view.  Immediately outside the unit is a large terrace and huge 
Palapa sitting area with gorgeous views of mountains, town and ocean.

The 4th floor Palapa is a shared area

Guests have use of the pool and pool area.  (this is shared with Bed & Breakfast guests)

The Retreat rents for $200 US per night.  There is a minimum 5 night stay October - May and a 
minimum 7 night May-October.

Christmas/New Years rate is $250 per night with a minimum of 10 days.

The Main Home operates as a Bed & Breakfast from Oct 15th - May 15th each year. 

Rates range from $100.00 US - $150.00.  Rates include airport pickup, with minimum stay of 5 night. 
(between 9 am and 6pm)  A full hot breakfast from 8:30 am- 10:00 am, welcome beverage and snack 
platter, complimentary evening cocktail daily.
There are 2 rooms in the Main House (Sunflower & Eclipse) The Mirador on the upper level.
Directly outside of the Sunflower & Eclipse is a fridge, micro, toaster oven, blender, toaster, 
dishes etc.  Guests have use of a BBQ at the pool area.

From May - October the entire home is available for rent.(with our without the Palapa Retreat)
