Vacation Rental Description

Picturesque views are free from our beachfront condo, centrally  
located to the ferry pier to Cozumel , exquisite shopping, fine  
local dining and American fast food chains on 5th Ave one block  
away,scuba diving, wet biking and parasailing, championship golf,  
Mayan ruins tours and family entertainment at Xcaret. Walmart is  
within walking distance for groceries, drinks and beach toys. The  
condo has a sleeper futon, sofa; high speed wireless internet access, 
unlimited free calls to USA, and satellite TV (with multiple HBO and 
Cinemax channels)in the living area, kitchenette with 
mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dual  
burner electric cook top, blender, coffee maker, plates, glasses and  
utensils, king size bed in the bedroom and access to common washer &  
dryer. The all marble shower in the bathroom is separate from the 
vanity and  
sink. Bottled water w/ dispenser, towels and linens, soap and  
shampoo and twice weekly cleaning service are included. Mexico's  
most famous margaritas are served right downstairs, and our new 450 
sq. ft. terrace provides the best ocean views in Playa. On site 
management can assist with any problems during your stay.
