Vacation Rental Description

Palma Xiat is available as a 2 bedroom unit for families and a one  
bedroom unit for couples!  This beautiful 2-bedroom/1-bath  
condominium located just half block  
off the famous 5th Avenue and a short walk from the best beach  
in Playa del Carmen. It comfortably sleeps 2-5 people.  
The condo has a master bedroom with queen bed and ocean facing  
balcony, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. Additional amenities  
include: central air and ceiling fans, the full kitchen is equipped  
with microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, purified  
bottled water, all cooking utensils, and service for eight. The  
condo also has cable television, CD player, library of books, alarm  
clocks and radios, a rooftop swimming pool, Jacuzzi, solarium with  
ocean view.  Hotel cleaning service is provided three times per week  
and the Caretaker lives on-site for 24-hour security.
