Our house is located on the Oeste (quiet) side of this 
private, 
guarded community, adjacent to a scenic greenbelt. We've got 
the 
closest house on the second row to the beach. In addition to a 
million-dollar, 180-degree ocean view, you're just steps away 
from 
the beach, pool and jacuzzi. If tennis is your racquet, you 
can 
reserve free time on the Las Gaviotas' private court. 

There's really no reason to leave your Pacific Paradise, but 
Rosarito Beach, Ensenda and Puerto Noevo (Lobster Village) are 
just 
minutes away. The spas at Rosarito Beach Hotel and Las Rocas 
Hotel 
also are closeby. Just ask. We'll be happy to help you plan 
that 
perfect Baja getaway. Before you know it, your vacation will 
be over 
and you'll be wishing for just "one more (Una Mas)" day!

Inside you'll notice the differences immediately. 
New leather dual-reclining sofas accent a clean, 
clutter-free interior. 

The full-sized gas grill and gorgeous teak patio furniture 
will 
make it difficult to stay indoors. We've also added surfboard 
and 
wetsuit racks, and an outdoor shower. Our classic wood-burning 
stove 
will take the chill off even the coolest night.

We've wired the house for cable TV in the living room and both 
bedrooms. There's a CD stereo system, 3 TVs, DVD player, VCR, 
and 
a classic movie library. 

Our master bedroom (with its own bath)has a king-size bed. The 
second bedroom features two new queen beds.  

No matter the meal, you'll find the right utensil in our well-
stocked kitchen complete with a digital stove and microwave. 
We supply a blender, coffee maker and 
toaster oven. 

Guests can dine indoors at the kitchen bar (seats three) and 
dining 
room table (seats six) or alfresco on the private patio (seats 
six). 

Two public golf courses nearby offer stunning ocean views and 
a 
challenging game. Horseback or ATV rides can be arranged in 
Rosarito 
or the sand dunes just south of the house. Baja California 
also 
offers a bevy of affordable gourmet restaurants in addition to 
many 
inexpensive taco stands. 

The real secret to the Las Gaviotas popularity, however, is 
the 
surf. The waves break year-round and surfing is restricted to 
community guests. There are 2 nearby surfshops where you can 
pick 
up supplies or rent a surfboard.
