This is a luxurious condominium/villa at Villa LaEstancia. 
Located on Medano Beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. 
Villa LaEstancia is operated as a five-star condominium resort. All 
the benefits of a resort with the luxury of a private home.

The villa has three bedrooms and four full baths. The bedrooms are 
all huge. The baths are all marble with granite countertops. Two of 
the bathrooms have whirlpool tubs. There is also a full kitchen with 
all appliances, breakfast bar, and a laundry room with washer, dryer 
and sink. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the huge 
balcony. The balcony has ceiling fans and a wetbar with refrigerator.

This resort is next to the Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco resorts and guests of 
Villa LaEstancia are welcome to use the amenities which includes a 
full-service supermarket, video store and deli. The Villa Del Palmar 
also has a children's activity center which is available to our 
guests.

TV, DVD, Full Kitchen, All Appliances, Large 
Balcony with Wetbar, Fitness Center on Site, Full Service Concierge 
Service, Daily Maid Service.

The following rates are for the 3 BR, 4 bath Villa: 

January 5th / Feb 15th - $5,600 per week or $800 per night
Feb 16th / April 30th - $7,350 per week or $1,050 per night
May 1/ August 19th - $6,300 per week or $900 per night
August 20th / Dec 18th - $5,950 per week or $850 per night
Rates are higher for 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, New Year's Week
Spring Break and Easter weeks

Weeks of Easter 4/15 - 4/22, 4th of July 7/1 - 7/8 and Thanksgiving 
11/18 - 11/26 are 10% premium to regular rates

Christmas week is $7,900 for seven nights - Check-in: December 19, 
/ Check-out - Dec. 26th or 27th

New Years week is $8,900 for seven nights - Check-in: December 26th 
or 27th / Check-out - anytime after Jan 2nd
