deck providing an unbelieavable 180 degree ocean and whitewater view
with the beach just steps away.  

It is located in the 24 hour guard-gated oceanfront community of Baja
del Mar.  Baja del Mar is located just 20 minutes south of the San
Diego/Tijuana border crossing and about a three miles drive (5
minutes)to the center of Rosarito and its many restaurants, bars and
attractions.

It has three beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with king or queen-
size beds. The house is light and airy with huge windows.  It has 
saltillo tile throughout and is immaculately landscaped.  

This house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, 
including a washer and dryer, especially needed for families and 
longer stays.  It also includes the beach chairs, and beach blankets 
to make traveling lighter.

The white sandy beach, just steps from the house, is about five 
miles long and faces Coronado Island. It is ideal for swimming, 
surfing, boogey boarding, tide-pooling, surf fishing, horseback 
riding, and endless walks along the ocean. This white,sandy beach is 
unique to Baja del Mar. You won't find it in most other Rosarito 
Beach gated communities such Gaviotas, Calafia, or Rosamar etc who 
are on a cliff and have very limited, or no sandy beach.

After lazy days on the beach, enjoy golf at the Real del Mar Golf 
Course (five minutes away), go shopping in Rosarito, or enjoy its 
numerous restaurants and nightlife in town. Or head for the Puerto 
Nuevo, the little fishing village known for its lobster dinners and 
numerous stall of vendors of Mexican art, curios, and delicacies. 

The climate is very similar to San Diego, making it an ideal 
vacation destination year-round.
