Vacation Rental Description

This rental property is excellently located in the heart of Playa  
del Carmen. A one minute walk gets you to a large wide beach, and a  
two minute stroll in the opposite direction takes you off our quiet  
road to the Fifth Avenue, with its vast array of shops, boutiques,  
restaurants, bars and clubs. 
 
The property has five different rental units overlooking a spacious  
court-yard with common use palapa and large pool. All rooms are  
finished at a high standard and provided with daily maid service for  
the best comfort of our guests. 
 
You will find it a very quiet and peaceful place. Although located  
in the centre of the action, inside the court-yard it is very  
peaceful. The short walk to the beach along tree-lined street, and  
the hanging out around the large pool, either in a hammock under the  
palapa or in a sun-chair on the deck, are features highly regarded  
by our guests. 
 
Depending on your needs you may choose a studio for two  
persons, or a  1-BR, or a 2BR apartment if you need more space and  
sleeping facilities. All units have cooking facilities, either in a  
complete kitchen in the larger apartments or in a kitchenette in the  
hotel suites. 
 
Our management policy is to give a high quality and friendly service  
for a moderate price.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All five units have have a queen-size comfortable box-spring bed.  
The one-bedroom apartments also have a pull-out couch in the living- 
room. The two-bedroom apartment has a king size and a queen size bed  
in each bedroom. Additional individual beds can be provided free of  
charge for the larger apartments.  All units are airconditioned and  
have ceiling fans. 
 
The One-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments have a complete large  
kitchen and large eating table with space for up to six persons. The  
hotel suites have a kitchenette with smaller fridge, microwave,  
coffee-maker, toaster and a two-burner stove-top. 
 
All units are provided with daily maid service with high quality  
linen, towels and toiletries.  
 
We are located one minutes walk from the beach and provide all our  
guests with beach towels. 
 
Cable television in all units, and free wireless internet access is  
available throughout the building. 
 
Purified water provided to all units. 
 
Large common area next to pool palapa with hammocks to hang out in  
the shade, and table to enjoy a meal next to pool. Sunchairs  
available next to pool, and also on rooftop where there is always a  
good ocean-breeze.  Barbeque qrill available for common use on  
rooftop.

Rates do not include 12% federal sales tax. 
 
Reservation Deposit: A two-night deposit will be charged to your 
credit card at the time of reservation. Christmas and New Years 
reservations will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit. 
 
Cancellation Policy: 60+ days prior to arrival - Full deposit will be 
returned. 30-60 days prior to arrival - One night cancellation charge. 
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - No refund.
