Modern and unique 3-bedroom house with pool, large private garden, AC/fans, high ceilings (13 ft/4  
m) and floor to ceiling windows.  Décor is a fusion of Mexican color and modern design.  
 
Ideal location in town of Tulum:  walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and closest town- 
based location to beach (5-10 minute drive).  Five minute drive to renowned Mayan Ruins of Tulum and  
20 minutes to Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve (a 1.3 million acre park set aside and classified as a  
World Heritage site by UNESCO. 
 
Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen/living area with floor to ceiling glass walls and  
french doors opening onto private garden and pool. (1 master bedroom with private bathroom and king  
sized bed; 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and queen/full sized beds.)  Capacity for 6 in bedrooms.

Three night minimum.  Weekly rentals are from Sat to Sat and vary depending on the season.    
 
 
•    Christmas/New Years Eve weeks 2008:   $5,200 (New Years Eve week reserved) 
 
•    Winter 2009 (Jan 3 – May 2):  	      $2,300 per week (or 3+ nights at $375 per night) 
 
 
Payment may be made by bank or other transfer, or MC/Visa/Discover/Amex (credit card subject to a 4%  
surcharge).  50% due upon reservation; remainder due 45 days in advance.  We request a valid credit  
card number to reserve (pending payment), as well as in lieu of a cash deposit.   
 
Additional surcharge may apply for groups larger than six and special events. 
 
Payments are non-refundable; provided, however, that the amount, if any, for which Behla Town is re- 
rented during the reserved period may be applied to the rental thereof at another date.
