This is a beautiful two bedroom house overlooking the ocean with a 
wrap-around view on three sides. There is a large patio and deck 
outside surrounded by a U-shaped home, and a side patio off the 
kitchen as well. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove 
and all the utensiles and plates, etc. for cooking.
The living room has 15-foot ceilings and a pot-
belly stove for heating. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. 
The electricity is run on solar, and the other utilities are gas. 
It's a stunning, quiet, out-of-the-way place with only a few 
neighbors in the vicinity. There are no televisions, phones, or 
other distractions, so this house is made for those who truly want 
to relax and get away from the grit of the city and don't mind a

Thier are several beaches near by, by walking or driving. Hiking and 
trail-bike riding are also right outside the door. Fishing is also 
available in Punta Banda, only a few miles away. This house is 10 
miles south of Ensenada, close to the new wine area of Baja, just a 
few minutes drive. There are activities for children, such as 
horseback riding and a pool during 
the summer months. But  most people just like to relax on the patio 
and enjoy the stunning views. 

The casadecandaele rents for $115 a night for two, but weekly rates 
are available. Rates are higher for more than two people.
