2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all decorated with local crafts to make you feel
at home while staying here. a large brick fireplace in 
the living room and clay chimnea in the kitchen..The living room also
has a futon couch which will accommodate one person.
The outside corridor/patio has views of the mountains and 
lovely garden .
The kitchen/dining area has large windows and nice airy feeling.Of 
the 2 bedrooms , one is smaller and located off the garden and very
tranquil and charming. This bedroom includes a double (matrimonial)
bed and lots of closet space.....it's got large rounded glass doors
with views
out to the garden ..The front bedroom also includes a matrimonial 
bed, this bedroom has a sky lite from upstairs adding more light into
the room and lots of closet space in here as well.  2 full bathrooms,
the bathroom located downstairs has large tub and shower,the
other,upstairs is also a full bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.
I've just replaced all the mattresses with new pillowtopmodels..very
comfy!......

All needed furnishings, appliances include a microwave, toaster oven,
coffee maker, coffee grinder,refrigerator, oven,electric mixer,blender
and more
there's lots of closet space in each  room, all the needed bed linens,
blankets,
towels, kitchenware, beds, large capacity hot water heater, tv ,dvd,
and videocassette player. 2 boom boxes and lots of cds,and movie dvds
and videos.
Lots of books are also in the library for your enjoyment. 
There is a phone line for incoming and local outgoing local calls
....wi-fi internet access in the house included. Water filter in
kitchen for
drinking water. All rentals include gardener and house cleaner weekly.
The upstairs room is vacant but "not" available with the rental. The
rental is for the bottom of the house with the upstairs bathroom.
There is a property manager down the block for anything needed with
the house while you're visiting.

The house is located in the historic district, on Calle Dr. Navarro 
in the barrio El Cerrillo ...1/2 block from Casa del Pan 
restaurant,2 blocks from the church of S. Domingo and a 5 
minute walk to the zocalo and main mercado. Centrally located 
within walking distance to all points of interest in town  and 
transportation . 

The house is available for monthly rental at $875 usd or 
2 weeks at $550-600 usd and $425 weekly (all rates depend on number of
guests in the party)...this site doesn't allow for those numerical
values  ...but these
are the basics.
