This beachfront vacation home features all ammenities and spots that 
will guarantee an unforgettable stay here in Yucatan. The house was 
designed so that there would always be a comfortable spot  no matter 
weather and time conditions.

can accommodate up to 7 guests. 3 are upstairs, and the fourth is 
downstairs.

Downstairs features the “social area” most of it with beach view: 
full chef's kitchen, dinning and living room that communicate to the 
beachfront covered terrace. To the front of the house is a beachfront 
palapa. 
Now, the pool is nestled inside the property, which makes it very 
private. Very comfortable in winter time as it is "hidden" from the 
cold chill. A walkway runs over it leading to the house and also 
another palapa built in second floor with spectacular views of the 
sea. 
Located in the area of San Miguel, just 12 kms east of Porgreso and 4 
from Chicxulub. One of the most exclusive areas in the Yucatan 
beaches. An easy drive to all services and yet far enough from 
fisherman boats and the regular hastle of any town. A 10 mintue walk 
from the property, Combis (public transport) drive by every 20 
minutes in direction of the towns.

Despite the small size of the village, Chicxulub has much to offer. 
There are restaurants in town.  Depending on the time of year, the 
festivals in the town square are an exciting Mexican experience. 

Very close to Chicxulub is the port of Progreso. The small town 
features a nice beach, jetski rentals, and other watersports 
options.  There's an extensive crafts market near the pier as well 
as other tourist shopping along the town's streets.  There are 
several restaurants along the beach road that serve drinks (and/or 
food) at tables and palapas situated right on the expansive beach.  
A North American style grocery store is available for 
those that are not adventurous enough to purchase their food at the 
Mexican open-air market.
