Vacation Rental Description

We combined the feel of Old Colonial Mexico with all the modern  
conveniences of today. With vibrant colors and classic Mexican  
Colonial style, Casa Colonial is the perfect "Island Getaway!" 
  
The lush tropical garden view reveals a large pool, with a Jacuzzi  
cascading into it. The garden is abundant with fruit trees and is 
always manicured. Our concept was simple; upscale accommodations and  
amenity package, without the price tag.   
   
Casa Colonial is four two bedroom villas surrounded by a large  
privacy wall. Each villa has two levels. The bedrooms are located on  
the second level of each villa and each bedroom has its own full  
bath. The Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, and half bath are all  
located on the first level. Private balconies and patios are located  
on both first and second levels of each of our four uniquely  
designed villas. Casa Colonial can accommodate from 1 to 16 guests  
comfortably.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rate: $1,000 for a maximum of four guests + 12% tax  (this  
rate does not apply for Christmas/New Years week)
