Our condo is located at Las Gavias and offers big resort amenities 
in a small and intimate environment, it is located on the Malecon 
with almost everything a short walk away, the complex have a huge

You cannot imagine from the outside of the condo what awaits you 
inside, the view is absolutely spectacular. Our condo is well kept, 
clean, cheery, and very welcoming. This new condo has a lot to offer 
kitchen, pantry, dinning room, laundry, two bedrooms, two bathrooms 
and spacious balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
We want this to be your vacation home away from home and we want you 
to return.
Don't forget your binoculars so you can watch the ships, cruises 
lines and yachts passing by in the sea, or you might get lucky and 
spot a whale swimming in the ocean.

Our rates are $795 USD weekly low season and high season $895 USD 
with a $300 USD security deposit and 
$2795 USD monthly.
