approximately one mile from the beach and at the intercoastal  
waterway.  Property has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and is fully  
furnished.  Master bedroom has queen size bed and private bathroom,  
guest bedroom has 2 twin beds.  Pullout couch can accomodate 2  
guests.  Great for vacationer who loves beach atmosphere without the  
hassle of overcrowding.

Condo offers sunroom with sliding glass windows, five piece dining  
room set, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave  
oven, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, 3 Cable TVs, 2 fenced in pools,  
and plenty of parking spaces.

Activities and Attractions

Located less than 10 minutes from Barefoot landing, House of Blues,  
and Alabama Theater.  Fine dining, golf courses, nitelife, and  
recreational activities are only minutes away.  Myrtle beach airport  
is located approximately 30 minutes south on Hwy 17 bypass, with  
easy access to all major roads and bypasses.  Plenty of shopping  
centers, and grocery stores located within minutes.

Feb. 06 thru March 22:$400.00 
Mar. 23 thru June 21:$600.00 
June 22 thru Aug. 02: $800.00 
Aug 03  thru Nov. 01: $600.00 
Nov. 02 thru Dec. 31: $400.00 
$200.00 dollar deposit required at least two weeks in advance to  
reserve a week.  Individuals reserving the condo has to be 25 years  
old or older and must accompany the party during the week or weeks  
reserved.
