Spring is prime time down here in Los Barriles! The temperature is in
the mid 80s with a gentle 
breeze 
out of the South. The fishing is great and the water is warm. Just
like a Corona commercial-PERFECT!

The Casa Ora Property has a total of three beds and four baths. Rent
one or both houses depending on 
your needs. The Beach house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, custom ocean front
home. The 
Guest house is a 1 bd, 1.5 bath home built in the same style as the 
main house and is located just behind the main house and totally 
seperate by 20+ feet. 
The guest house has ocean views and the same basic amenities as 
the main house.  

The main house sleeps four and the guest house sleeps two for a max 
of six persons. 

Casa ora is located just North of Los Barriles, a 45 minute drive 
North from the Cabo Airport in the East Cape Region of the Baja 
Peninsula. Casa Ora was built in the modern Mexican style by the 
area's premiere builder, Valentin 
Lucero.

Designed for informal relaxation, both homes have an open floor plan 
with exotic palapa roofs over mast of the enclosed living area. The 
Ocean front view is fantastic, stretching from Punta Pescadero to 
the North and Punta Arena to the South. All bedrooms are positioned 
to provide a view of the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez from bed.

A beautiful 600 square foot shade structure spans the entire 
width of the Ocean side of the beach house and mature palms and ficus 
trees surround 
the property. A shady rocking chair or hammock is never more than a 
few steps away.  Nature is ever active around Casa Ora, pelicans 
cruising, fish jumping, and the ever changing blue-green water of the 
Sea of Cortez. There are many whale sightings right out front along 
with many dolphins and some sea lions too.

Casa Ora is a fully equipped home. All cooking needs; coffee 
maker/grinder, blender, citrus juicer (pick up a big bag of juice 
oranges from one of the roadside vendors), dishwasher, microwave, 
washer/dryer, BBQ, custom locally built rocking chairs, games, tv-
vcr 
with movie and tv tape collection and a cd-tape player with an 
eclectic music selection. We have some beach toys, umbrellas, 
coolers 
and misc. stuff for fun. There is a two person Kayak included. it is 
a sit on top Kayak. 
 
I usually have a case of empty returnable beer bottles 
around to exchange (pacifico is good, but Bohemia is better)!

We have a friendly local real estate management company to handle 
all 
of the details on the ground in Los Barriles, so you can count on a 
hassle free experience.

This our ultimate hide a way. Hang in one of the palm shaded Ocean 
view hammocks or relax in the oversized rocking chairs. There's 
great beach combing, snorkeling and sandcastle building right out 
the 
back door on the beach. You won't have to look far for fun.
Additionally, just two miles to town, you can find other activities 
such as fishing charters, atv rentals, and windsurf and kiting 
lessons and rentals. All of these can be booked in advance through 
my 
local rental manager. There are several nice sitdown restaurants in 
town and many taco and hamburger stands.
