We are a family house and prefer to let the whole property. However we will consider, 
during off peak times, to let part of it. Prices vary by season and include full use of the 
property and all the amenities with a daily cleaning service. Other staff can be included for 
a premium price (Cook,Maid,etc). High Season: March 15-April 30 and Dec 15-Jan 10 Low 
Season : All other times Nb.the property must be rented for no less than 7 nights during
