The port town of Ensenada is a short drive away from La Mision, and offers excellent beaches for swimming, sunning and surfing. Ensenada also has an array of cultural attractions and hosts many international events such as the Baja 100 Off Road Race. Baja is unique – not at all like California, but not like mainland Mexico either. In La Mision you will find a delightful blend of wildness and tranquility, domesticity and simplicity.
